Area School Partnership Program

The Foundation awards grants to schools within a 30-mile radius of Watertown on an annual basis for public education projects which are beyond the scope of the regular school budget.

Artwalk

The Artwalk idea began through the community visioning process H2O-20. Through the support of the Watertown Area Community Foundation, City of Watertown, Joy Nelson, Gray Construction, Sioux Falls SculptureWalk, WACF Giving Back 365, Sculpture Sponsors and Friends of Artwalk, the effort continues to grow and enhance our community while bringing in an array of sculptures for all ages to enjoy.

Christmas Tree Fundraiser

Fifteen local non-profit organizations decorate Christmas trees at the library to raise funds for their organization by getting votes from the community.

Giving Back 365

The Watertown Relief Fund is a fund established by the Foundation to support emergency needs of nonprofits organizations, groups and churches in their increasing efforts to serve others during the recent storm devastation.
