WACF kicks off Women and Giving Campaign with Watertown Area Snow Queens

{KXLG – Watertown, SD} Similar to the roots of a tree, the Watertown Area Community Foundation (WACF) has several roots within the community, and one of those rooted programs is Women and Giving, which has been supporting women and children within the Watertown community for 21 years.
