Liam Culhane Elected WACF Board Chair

The Foundation’s board of directors elected officers for 2024 at its January board meeting. Liam Culhane was elected to serve as Board Chair. Tom Beadnell was elected to serve as Vice-Chair. 

Liam joined the seven-member volunteer board in 2018 as an at-large member. Growing up in Watertown, his parents introduced him to philanthropy and the Foundation’s impact at a young age. Liam treasures a photo of him as a toddler being held by his mother, former Foundation board member Nancy Turbak Berry, at the ribbon cutting of Foundation Fields.

Liam shares, “I love this community dearly and I credit Watertown and all its incredible citizens for helping me become who I am today. I am honored to lead the Foundation board through this exciting next chapter, as we continue to anticipate and adapt to the ever-changing needs of Watertown.”
